EdZone is a resource being developed for teachers with funding from the California Department of Education. Currently you can post podcasts and blog. When it is completed (end of summer 2008?) the free web 2.0 tools will include wikis, moodles, videoconferencing, document and image storing and more. There are already examples of student work and teacher resources. One resource is 6th graders explaining what a podcast is and how they used the technology to tell the Sugahara story.
